FBI NATIONAL CITIZENS ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION HONORS BAILIE SCHAUER

(St. Petersburg, Florida; May 1, 2026) – FBINCAAA awarded the 2026 Tracey L. Ballinger Partnership Award to Bailie Schauer, Community Outreach Specialist, FBI Las Vegas Field Office. Bailie has exemplified the spirit, professionalism, and partnership excellence and serves as an indispensable liaison between the FBI Las Vegas Field Office and the FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association, as well as the broader Southern Nevada community.

Created in 2019, the award is named for Tracey L. Ballinger, Senior Management and Program Analyst at FBI Headquarters, to honor her leadership, collaboration, and support for the FBI Citizens Academy program and FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association.

"Bailie Schauer's leadership and partnership are among the most significant reasons the FBILVCAAA achieved such extraordinary success in 2025. Her commitment to community service, strategic collaboration, and mission alignment made it possible for our Chapter to operate at the highest level . . . .” said John Waldron, President, FBI Las Vegas CAAA.

Throughout 2025, Bailie was key to the planning, execution and success of the chapter’s many high-impact initiatives, which included programs related to Elder Fraud, Teen Academy, support for homeless and abused women and children, substance use challenges, and more. These and other events  strengthened the FBI-chapter partnership and fostered trust in the FBI within the community.

Guillermo Torres, Acting President of FBINCAAA said, “Bailie exemplifies the highest standards of the FBI and FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association’s partnership.  Like Tracey, Bailie is leaving an indelible mark in her support of FBINCAAA.”
